Each of Chab Dai's three entities in the US, Cambodia, and UK are separate legal, tax and accounting structures governed by the national laws and restrictions of their given country.

Chab Dai International, overseen by a Board of Directors made up of international members both external and internal to other Chab Dai offices, is registered as a public benefit corporation in California (USA), and as a registered public charity with 501c3 tax-exempt status with the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) under EIN 26-4646578. Chab Dai Coalition in Cambodia is registered with the Royal Government of Cambodia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs as an international charity organization under the legal sponsorship of Chab Dai UK.

Chab Dai UK is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales under registration number 1188067.

Note: In April 2020, 'Chab Dai UK' became the successor to Chab Dai Charitable Trust.

CHANOL LIM, Head of People & Culture

Ms. Chanol Lim is the Head of People and Culture of Chab Dai. She began her role in April 2020, supporting people and cultural initiatives across the organization and sharing strategy and operational expertise on all people-related matter. Before this, she worked at Chab Dai as a Finance Manager for 3 years before moving into the business sector for more than 2 years acting as the Senior Auditor and Accounting Service Manager there. She soon worked with other NGOs as a Finance and Admin Coordinator for more than 10 ears. Chan Ol holds a Bachelor of Business Accounting.

KHCHANG KIMHENG, Head of Finance

Mr. Kimheng Khchang is the Head of Finance and Administration of Chab Dai Coalition Cambodia. He has held this role for the past 2 years and 7 months, leading the finance team to provide a good service and managing the funds of organization. Before working at Chab Dai Coalition, Kimheng held a number of finance position in World Vision International in 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Finance and Banking from IIC Technology University, Cambodia.

Rasmey Hang, Head of Programs

Rasmey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the International Institute of Cambodia and a Master of Development Management from the Asian School for Development and Cross-Cultural Studies (ASDECS). Rasmey has also attended many courses related to management and leadership skills. Rasmey is keen to Develop and maintain relationships (liaising cross-culturally) with all staff, key collaborators, and partners and she has a long-term commitment to her people and country.

Operations & Development Director

Sharon Jacques is a Psychology and Sociological Studies graduate, with over 25 years of professional experience gained in various organisations including the Ministry of Defence, Google, Amnesty International, Johnson Matthey and IWG.
Sharon's global experience has been gained in multiple locations across Europe, Asia and the Middle East and her industry experience includes Defence, IT, Legal Services, Global Science and Chemicals (Sustainable Technologies (Manufacturing)), Utilities (including renewables), Travel, Digital Agencies and Business Services.

HOR KOSAL, National Director

Mr. Hor Kosal joined Chab Dai in February 2024 as our new National Director. Kosal has a Masters Degree of Public Management and Rural Development and over 20 years of experience in the field of human trafficking protection and prevention, social protection, social service support, child protection, safeguarding and rural development. Kosal has a wealth of experience and professional skills on advocacy, networking and training at national and international levels.
