Title: Community Based Client Care (CBCC) - USAID Grant Compliance Coordinator (Full time post)
Salary: $650-750 (Based on Experiences)
Based: Phnom Penh, Cambodia, travel where needed (open to national citizens only)
Reports to: CBCC-Project Manager
Position Length: 2 years and 3 months
About the Opportunity
The USAID Grant Compliance Coordinator provides technical support to CBCC USAID grants in implementing the reporting and M&E framework of the project to ensure both internal and external reports (i.e. donor reports and proposals) contain accurate information. The Coordinator reports to the CBCC Project Manager, and works closely with the M&E Coordinator and Head of Programs Strategy (HoPS) to ensure the project is using evidence and data to inform learning and that learning is feeding into Chab Dai's wider M&E work and strategic planning. The role includes a variety of tasks ranging from administrative (arrange travel logistics for field monitoring), technical aspects of data collection, entry, analysis and report writing.
Organizational Collaboration
Chab Dai’s work consists of four 'thematic areas'. These are: Movement Building, Systems Strengthening, Community Empowerment, and Survivor Restoration. Chab Dai encourages communication between and integration across all areas. The ideal candidate for this position will be prepared to work closely with members of all thematic areas and operating support functions, such as Operations, People & Culture, Finance, and Monitoring & Evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist project manager to develop and implement USAID/CTIP’s monitoring and evaluation plan; design monitoring and evaluation tools and processes, including capacity building and coaching to the project implementing team members;
Ensure timely collection, verification, and perform data cleaning on all program indicators and their timely delivery for quarterly and other required reports to USAID and other agencies, as appropriate;
Assist in monitoring project progress toward project results;
Supervise timely and accurate reporting of quantitative and qualitative data in cooperation with project staff;
Validate data from project staff, including through field monitoring visits;
Cooperate closely with project manager to consolidate accurate and descriptive data and reporting of project results, including activities, outputs, and results
Ensure the compliance and integrity of data quality controls and verification with activities implementation procedures;
Verify collection of data related to gender and social inclusion criteria is perform well by enumerators;
Assist in promoting results-oriented and learning culture throughout the project implementation to ensure that M&E data and learning are used by the project team to improve performance.
Assist in coaching to project team members on appropriate M&E tool and forms within their working context;
Participate in donor’s M&E Community of Practice and CTIP Implementing partners regular meeting;
Meeting with Chab Dai's M&E Coordinator and HoPS to ensure the USAID/CTIP data is integrated into the existing Chab Dai M&E framework and tools, and is incorporated into the wider data of the organization for learning.
Any other role-related tasks that ensure the success of the USAID project.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education in International Development, NGO Management, research or related studies preferred.
Experience working with USAID Funded project
At least 4 years of experience in the monitoring & evaluation of international development projects, preferably in human trafficking, labor migration, agriculture or a related field;
Demonstrated experience in performance measurement, indicator selection and monitoring, and data collection/analysis;
Knowledge in quantitative and qualitative data collection methods and tools and analysis.
Experienced in developing and utilizing results frameworks, logical frameworks, or similar tools for project design, monitoring, and evaluation;
Experienced in report writing
Relevant experience coaching staff in M&E;
Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, KoBo Data collection and Google apps.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong English and Khmer language skills (written and spoken), ability to write clearly, accurately, and concisely;
